SHIPPING

Orders are packaged and shipped primarily from Nogales, AZ using the mailing service that can provide the best service at the time for your specific needs. These include U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), and FedEx. Occasionally, orders may be processed from satellite studio locations including Chicago, IL and Denver, CO.

Time to ship may vary based on mailing limitations due to traveling, raw material availability and the handmade nature of my work. Expedited shipping will ship the next day, otherwise please allow up to 14 days for shipping. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a CONFIRMATION EMAIL the shipment of your order with a link to the mail services tracking site. For more information, international orders, or special requests please CONTACT ME and I will respond as soon as possible.

RETURNS

Your satisfaction is one hundred percent guaranteed by me. If you are unhappy with your order or accidentally ordered the wrong item, I am happy to work out an appropriate arrangement with you.

Note: All my work is priced with a handwritten tag. Please do not remove tag from items for return.

I inspect every item before sending it to ensure that there are no defects or damage. It is the responsibility of the recipient to inspect their order upon receipt. Returns post-marked within fourteen (14) days of receipt and free of damages caused by buyers’ negligence or improper use or handling, are eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.

The customer is responsible for covering the costs of return shipping and ensuring that the return item(s) are adequately packaged to ensure protection during shipment. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.  Purchases eligible for refund will be credited back to the original payment method within fourteen (14) business days from the date I receive your return.

RETURN PROCESS

Email me at fromthegroundupart@gmail.com and I will send you a RETURN FORM and provide the current mailing address. Fill out the form completely and print it out to include in your return. Mail your return using UPPS, UPS, or FedEx within at least fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of your order. Insurance and tracking are your responsibility. I reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the outlined standards.

REPAIRS

I am proud of the quality of materials and work I use and create. Should you need a repair because a flaw produced by my own workmanship, I will fix it for free. If an item requires repair for another reason, I will discuss with you the repair options and fees I feel are appropriate based on my determination of the damage.
